How can I get it?
  • Complete the online request form.

  • NOTE: link will be provided in the myBW portal.
  • Must specify what specific access is required and how it is necessary to perform your job.
Related Policies
  • Access to sensitive information requires approval by related department or data steward.
  • FERPA requirements apply & must be reviewed before access is granted.
  • Staff access is limited to modules used by their department or needed for their job.
  • Faculty access is limited to advisors, department heads, etc. that need access to general student data.

Colleague Forms


Online form to request a login for the Colleague system

Request reports, data, etc from IT


Remember, your Colleague password is the same as your Blackboard and Email password, which is your BW Network Password.


  • IF.... you don't know or forgot your BW network password, please go to: Faculty-Staff-Accounts and follow the directions on how to reset your password.

  • IF.... you are locked out of your Colleague account due to too many wrong attempts, please contact BW IT Support at 440-826-7000 to clear/unlock your account.
