Overview

The Baldwin Wallace University IT Administrative Computing Department provides administrative and innovative solutions to meet the University's administrative business needs. It is responsible for supporting the mission critical administrative information processing needs of Baldwin Wallace.

  • Data entry screens, processes, reports for storing & processing SIS and ERP information.
  • Web-based interface (Ellician UI) used for access from user's workstations.

  • Accessing & modifying graduation plans

Staff
  • Providing & submitting institutional research data extracted from Colleague or provided via other colleague databases.
  • Data provided for official government reporting such as IPEDS & surveys such as US News magazine's annual college survey
Faculty & Staff
  • Accessing reports previously developed for specific needs or general information
  • Advanced user familiar with their data can also create their own reports

  • Records linked with Colleague & other University databases.
  • Allows for annotation, workflow processing & e-forms
