Add all your devices to the new BW_Jacket wireless network.
Mobile devices must turn off the Private Address option on BW_Guest before successfully connecting.
Search your mobile device for available networks. Locate BW_Guest.
Touch the information icon (i) next to BW_Guest.
Touch the Private Address switch to turn off the option.
IMPORTANT: Your device MUST be connected to the BW_Guest network before using the Cisco UDN app.
It is important to enable location (📍) services for the Cisco UDN app.
It is also important that you enable notifications (đź””) from the Cisco UDN app.
BW_Jacket is your own private wireless network. It is important that the Cisco UDN app has access to your location and can send you notifications to ensure a secure and reliable wireless experience.
Enter your Baldwin Wallace Email Address in the space labeled Email.
Touch the Next button when you are finished.
The Cisco UDN app is going to connect to cisco.com which will redirect you to the Baldwin Wallace University Signgle Sign-On Page.
Touch Continue to continue setting up your devices.
Enter your Baldwin Wallace Email Address in the space labeled username. Enter your Baldwin Wallace Password in the space labeled Password.

You can add any wireless to your Cisco UDN. (Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Gaming Consoles, Televisions, Streaming Devices, even Printers)
Touch the
Select the type of device you would like added to your UDN.
Provide an identifiable name for the device you are adding to your UDN by typing the name in the Device Name field.
Enter the MAC Address of the device you are adding to your UDN in the field labeled MAC Address.
Touch the Device Type field or tap Other
Select your device from the list provided.
Touch the dot next to you device type you intend to add to your UDN.
Touch the back arrow after making your selection.
Enter the name for the device you are adding to your UDN.
Check with your device manufacturer to locate the MAC Address or check below to see of your device is listed.
Mobile device users must turn off the Private MAC Address option.
You will need to register the device's true MAC Address to successfully connect to BW_Jacket.
Check with the manufacturer of your device for instructions for disabling the Private MAC Address.
Every device has a Media Access Control (MAC) number which is used to identify it to other devices on a network.
Select from the items below to find the MAC Address of a device you want to add to your Cisco UDN.
The values will be listed on the right side of the screen under the following headings:
The MAC address will be labeled Wi-Fi Address
Once you have entered the MAC Address of your device, touch Next to finish adding your device to your UDN.
All devices you add to your UDN will appear in your room.
All devices that are added to your room in UDN can access BW_Jacket.
Search for BW_Jacket in the WiFi settings on your device.
Touch the information icon (i) next to the BW_Jacket.
NOTICE: The BW_Jacket may be labeled as an Unsecure Network. This is due to the fact that the device is connected through the MAC Address and not signed in with a passphrase. Registering with a MAC Address is a more secure way to connect and use the BW WiFi Network.
Mobile devices must turn off the Private Address option on BW_Jacket before successfully connecting.
Disconnect and forget the BW_Guest network. The BW_Guest network was only needed to connect your phone, please use the BW_Jacket network for everything including adding more devices.
