To Pay Using Your Jacket Card:

1. Complete the Parking Citation Payment(s) via Jacket Payment form on Forms Central (eTrieve).
   • Access this form through Jacket Connect by navigating to: Campus Applications > Forms Central > Forms > Parking > Parking Citation via Jacket Payment.
2. If your Jacket Card account does not have sufficient funds to cover the citation, the amount will be billed directly to your BW billing account.

To Appeal a Parking Ticket:

1. Log in to BW Permit Store.
2. Click Notices, then enter your license plate and notice number to submit an appeal.
