How do I access my Baldwin Wallace University Email?

STEP 1. Launch your favorite internet browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge)

STEP 2. Visit https://email.bw.edu

STEP 3. Type in your full Baldwin Wallace University Email Address: (ie username22@bw.edu)

STEP 4. Click Next

NOTE: If at any time you are asked if this is a Work or School or Personal account, always select Work or School account.

STEP 5. You will be redirected to the Baldwin Wallace Sign-in Page; enter your Baldwin Wallace University Credentials.

STEP 6. You will be asked to verify your identity.

  • If you have already set up your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), use your mobile device to approve the authorization to access your BW Email.
  • If you have not set up your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), click here for instructions. MFA must be configured on your account before accessing your BW Email.

Once you have authorized access to your BW Email, Microsoft Outlook will open and you will have access to your email.
