STEP 1: Click the Delegation and Sharing button
STEP 2: Click the Shared With Me tab, located at the top
STEP 3: Click the plus (+) button
STEP 4: Type the name of the shared mailbox
NOTE: If you have an older version of Microsoft Outlook for Mac, you will need to use an alternate method to add a shared mailbox.
STEP 1: Highlight your BW Email account located on the left side of the Outlook window
STEP 2: Click the Advanced button, located on the right
STEP 3: Select the Delegates tab at the top of the window
STEP 4: Under Open these additional mailboxes, click the plus (+) button
STEP 5: Type the name of the shared mailbox
